SLIPFORM KERBING
Pictured is the newest addition to our fleet, a machine for rapid and efficient onsite Slipform Kerbing construction.The advantages of Slipform Kerbs over more traditional methods are greater Speed, Efficiency, Quality, and Strength. Kerbs are laid quickly and to the highest standard in a more productive manner in one continuous section.
Slipform kerbing saves money and time on site, costs less in man hours and delivers more efficient work in a safe manner. Our Slipform Machinery uses air entrained concrete technologies with full certification. The concrete is vibrated to achieve the right density and compaction. As the machine moves the mould slips over the vibrated concrete – hence the term Slipform.
The controlled process of extruding Concrete into different shapes is managed by our highly experienced operators. This allows us to offer a variety of Kerbing Solutions as well as meeting all other Tarmacadam, Asphalt, Civil Engineering and Drainage needs.

Surfacing
We have many years’ experience in road improvement schemes, upgrade works for local authorities, commercial and private projects – covering Dublin and the whole Leinster region. Our hi-tech equipment includes all the latest planers, pavers, rollers, etc.
Civil Engineering
We provide civil engineering infrastructural works such as road reconstruction and alignment, cycle paths, drainage, ducting and pavement works, utility diversions, upgraded lighting and new footpaths. We carry out our works using direct labour managed by experienced civil engineers.
Kerbing
We provide a wide range of road kerbing and ramp solutions. Our skilled operatives can install cast extruded concrete kerbing, precast and granite concrete kerbing, concrete and precast channels, slipform kerbing and treated timber edgings, as well as traffic-calming ramps of any dimensions.
